what loader is inside samsung
it should be 501 ,if i remember correctly
if loader 502 ,it not works

If you tell for change firmware it's correct (loader version 500 or 501) but the communication is the problem.

Did you have DSR 9500 EMU 5.6 ?

Maybe you can try the tool DSR_Studio_v1.5.1
download:
see here

(it's better to uninstall first the old version, reboot pc, than install new version)
