How to get correct date

I have a vu+uno and Persian Empire image

but I cannot get my DATE ( 1 hour less or 1 hour more )

Now, for example I have TIMEZONE GMT ---London now is 23.05H

If I change for GMT+1 it will be 14.05H

But it says 01.05H

Now here is 00.05H and I cannot get it
