How to update microbox by laptop?

Hi all,
could any one explain how to update microbox using usb to rs232 cable by laptop.

According to latest information from satellite data is expected to come on the 3.6 2009 software W6 will hold better with love. take the explanation of previous version how two upgrade the micro box

abi..need your help brother

hello abi...... hello people.......this microbox make many problems to us with the customers..for me i change my phone number coz of this little devil....every day we tell cusotmers it will work tommorow..plz guys if any one can help us in a certain date for it.... really i have a big problem from it.... some people said 3/6 for certain...and 3/6 passed and nothing happen.... :(

hay man my believe on mircobox r down,i think new firmware come next 2 ya 3 days but i doubt it not stay long.my sugession u can use spacesat,dreamer,dreamcinema receiver to ur customers
