Dream Set-Up Advice

Right so I have finally turned a hobby into an obsession.

At the minute I have a 1.8 motorised dish a 1.2 fixed dish an hd receiver and old american receiver I got shipped from the USA.

Now I'm looking at spending money to build a PC just for satellite channels.

No budget, what would you get?

I tried looking at different dvb cards and can;t decide on which one.

Also which OS to us etc etc.

any advice would be appreciated
