David Haye concerned over bad weather in Hamburg
Briton heads to Imtech Arena ahead of big fight
WBA heavyweight champion David Haye has admitted that the heavy rain is of concern to him as he prepares to meet WBO and IBF title holder Wladimir Klitschko at a rain-soaked Imtech Arena in Hamburg tonight. The 30 year-old has started to make his way to the stadium ahead of his defining night, which is scheduled for 11pm German time (10pm UK time).
The ‘Hayemaker’ has seen forecasted rain not materialize on Thursday and Friday but with Saturday predicted to be dry, the rain has subsequently interchanged between drizzle and heavy rain over the past few hours and the Londoner is hoping that the weather improves between now and fight-time.
