I found in a forum a plugin file for the enigma2 receivers concerning iptosat I downloaded and installed it but unfortunately I do not see any information or idea about this file here it is:

New hd receivers like extreme models starsat/tigersat have this option '
some satllites open encrypted channels without dish antena
& require internet service to activate a channnel .
enigma2 receiver same process active url in configuration settings after insttall plugin.
