I am not sure how it works. There is speculation that keys are copied from websites such as sat-universe. There is also speculation that a server calculates the key. I have no idea.
I can say with hand on heart that when the server is up and running it does find most keys.

There are $30 chinese boxes that will found exactly the same number of CW's as your's GOOSAT boxes

I have all the tools to find keys myself.
This is just another extra tool that can sometimes find the key a bit quicker, as I don't have to first record a .ts file.
It's also handy having the blindscan facility built into the receiver. My very expensive VU Ultimo 4K doesn't do blindscan, sadly.

Nobody blaming you if you use this boxes.
Me also have all the tools for finding CW's for my own.
In fact, if you agree with me, C8 theme is the best place to see who's finding keys at his own with a tools and who doesn't.
For sure there are plenty of CW's there are be founded ONLY by AU BOXES
So my opinion is that AU BOXES are very welcomed.

I often get CW from my own V1 or V2 or CW List that I do not post as no time to always post CW.
There are many sites and facebook groups and twitter to search for CW>

Just checked on 10E ,no problems finding 4:2:0 & 4:2:2 on Viark Droi & Starsat
