TP-3803 looks to be a BISS feed, if it is biss you mite get keys for it, the other 2 look to be DCII, no hack for them at this time.

3803V3000 is digicipher encryption, according to tvrosat listing from april.

I think you are confused.
Cclines would be good only when there is a card or server at the other end.
This channels do not use cards,and using an encryption that is not hacked,and can't be shared.
Whenever you find Digicypher you must assume there is no chance to get the channels.
