softcam errors with cccam

i use cccam 2.3.0 and have the softcam keys from minicats bundle, which i placed in /usr/keys
but when starting cccam i get no picture on tv. next i stopped cccam and started from telnet with -d parameter. now it shows the following repeating errors. here is the start and the errors:

when i open Discovery Channel HD Showcase for example, but it's with all channels. tv screen stays black.
i also got these errors in red by cccam (i saw in telnet):

ok, i installed enigma2-plugin-cam-mgcamd-full-v1.38_all.ipk on the VTI image (by manual install option), then i placed your SoftCam.Key in /usr/keys and i left the mg_cfg unchanged.

this, all on a VU+ Uno with VTI image (latest) and DVB-C tuner.
But when i start Mgcamd now, it still doesn't let me watch all the channels, everything stays black.

when i watch in terminal i see this:

i dont believe that keys are available for this. irdeto keys are only public for bulsatcom and canal digitaal.

i was watching the wrong thing, i was watching for caid 0604 (for Delta), and i see 0604 often mentioned for Bulsatcom and Ziggo etc.
I can't find softcam.key file for Delta TV although... hope someone can point me in the right direction, or how i can "discover" them myself :)

a bit better now with oscam. still i cannot watch my channels normal, since it freezes everytime. when i watch the webinterface of oscam the c line server on the right site, seems to change from OK to UNKNOWN?
anyone got suggestions what to look for to prevent the freezing?
