e.g put a "*.tar.bz2" in "/data/update", after reboot it will be

- EMU shutdown via "/app/launchapp.sh" can be changed now in
"/data/plugins/shutdown"

If ".camd3" file exists there the camd3 starts, on the other hand if there
is a ".mgcamd" file mgcamd will be started. (Only one emu will be started on
boot)
