Cannot receive NILESAT Channels

Hi, this is my first post.

Over the last few days I have stopped receiving a few of the nilesat channels. However I have to keep changin the LNB frequency everytime(switchin from 10600 to 10750 MHZ) to view all the channels I need.

What is the actual LNB frequency of Nilesat and Hotbird?
and please provide extra details on the 22Khz On/Off and DiseqC etc...

any help is much appreciated.

Some transponders[11747V,11766H,,11843H,11900V,11977V}have new fec value,5/6,which is harder to pick up signal.Maybe this is a reason why you cant receive some channels?

Hi satesco,
I strongly believe that the change in FEC value from 3/4 to 5/6 is responsible for losing signals from those transponders as member narayn lamented in his earlier post.
Now then how does someone solve that problem. Can realignment of the antenna or having a better LNB solve the problem. Please suggest solutions.
