hi

for someone using card sharing what upload and download speed is recommended, and about latency what is accepted for not having the freezing problem?

my connection is 256kbit/s upload 3000kbit/s and i am having 169ms latency

That will be more than enough speed as for upload you could get away with lees than half of that. And your download is more than enough you could cope on half a meg download.

Freezing can be caused by other aspects, bad ping time from those your connected to and same can be said when those your connected to are over loaded.
