So,the unique benefits of this solo2 are: quick start up and channel zap. The 1.3giga processor can not sort that pq issue? Yes,I'd really feel disappointed.

The tuners in the solo2 are, supposedly, the same as those of the new dual tuner module for the Uno/Ultimo. If that's the case, then the blind scan plugin doesn't work, as I found out this morning (no transponders are found).

Thanks Isenguard

I think to purchase a Solo2, but I'm afraid because the tuner sensibility.
There are contradictory informations about, and I'm affraid to have problems.
I live in South Europe (Portugal) and I use to see the BBC channels and other from Astra 28E.
Despite the Astra 28E has weak signals here, I catch it well with my old Topfield 5500PVR.
Can you help with any information?

Thanks, but what are ppl? (I'm a newbie, don't laugh :) )
But I remembered you could help me.
Your TV, like mine, has a sat tuner. Could you compare on it and on Solo2 a weak transponder? It would be a good test.

Thanks by your attention.
