I recently heard of mgcamd and I test on my dreambox 800HD. I use that Oscam entant card reader, it works perfectly.
I have two cards on my server OSCAM: canalsat a full HD 018 & 100:3315 and 100:3311 canalsat via4 0500:032830, I want to know if there is a possibility to add chid's (channel ident for exemple P: 100:3311:
2408 # CanalSat - TF1 HD)
With CCcam I'm using CCcam.prio (example below to ignore caid's for HD Channel on my via4.0).

So, how to use the above with Mgcamd 1.35a in ignore.list (listed below)?
because i can't ignore all CAID's Provider of Via4 canalsat
