Anyone knows if Digitalb is hacked?

Hi everyone, referring to the title, it is clear that my question is about the Digitalb platform. Afaik Digitalb satellite ABO, ties the card to the receiver. Trying with a hardware CAM would not work. I think Digitalb use the Conax encryption, as the CAM I have is a Conax, too. How could Digitalb be watched even legally if it is tied to the device? Has Conax, therefore Digitalb been hacked? Also I know via Dreambox, Digitalb could be watched, or was it not hacked but configured as cardsharing??
