ok m8s i suggested this forum .so i would like to start by saying thanks to the admin for allowing it.and hopes it helps some of you, last year i bought my first camera.digital of course.anywayit was a fuji fine pix.and i couldnt take many pictures without having to recharge the batteries.so i was disapointed.i found out then that the higher thenumber on the batteries the more pictures and video clip you could take.i.e instead of using a set of batteries.lets say 2100 i bought 2700 and that made a huge difference.i think 2700 is the highest at the moment.so i say if you want more use out of your camera get the 2700:thum:

Yes the higher the mAh the longer these last before you need to recharge, from 2500mAh upwards is quite satisfactory.

Also the make of battery can make a difference as well, I have some rechargeable AA 2500 from calumet that are good - as is the sony cyber-shot stamina.:D
