Signal problems 3W

Does anybody notice lower signals on 3W.?
Or is only my issue. Mine levels are about 25-30% lower than usulal.
For example: Rete Capri mux is curently at 44% while days ago was around 75-80%

I dunno, signal from that tp (12739 V 13172) is lower here as well, the ABS testcard at 11462 V 3063 doesn't seem to have changed thou

I thought I had lost 3W on my 88cm dish in West Herts but 12739v is there in the later evenings, maybe 10pm BST.

It could be inclined and moving but I can't find any info this.

It seems to be at 2.3W for me but KingofSat says it is 2.99W exactly. All other sats on my motor seem to be in the right places!
