new HD 900 Tune failed problem

but when i install it, it has no signal for all sats.
it marked tune failed “echec accord” in french always (no signal).
However It detects the two tuners DVB-S2.
When I replace it with another mine old receiver HD800 this last works fine! That is to say that my sat installation is good.
what's the matter with it my HD 900 ?

My tuner configuration is for collective réception for 3 sats, as below:
Tuner A
Simple
diseqc A/B/C/D
A : 19,2 E ASTRA
B : 13 E HOTBIRD
C : 7 W NILESAT
D : not configured

Tuner B: not configured

And when i check with my old HD800, it works perectly !!

i have same problem on dm900uhd but first 10 days it work purfect but now no signol on all sats i treid many option but nothing samri is ur problem solved?

try use High pass filter (950 MHz)

i replace tuner with dm 800 se clone tuner and this is work on hd and sd chanels of all satllite witch i have receved in my aeria but not sure on 4k chanals on hotbird 13 e because no signals on hotbird for me

Hi to everyone. I'm from istanbul. User a dreambox 900 uhd 4K.
Last morning when I open the dreambox 900, I saw the message is "tuning... channel switch failed".
First off all, I tested with in other room with the work cable. same problem also on this cable. Not opened any channel. After than I thought may be on last update (experimental 19.11.2017) my files can be damaged. I turned back to 17.10.2017 firmware. My tuner (choose tuner): diseqc A/B/C/D.
A:Turksat 42E, B: Hotbird 13E, C: Astra 19,2E, D:Thor 0,8W.
I tried many ways... On each satellites and on each transponders no signal.
My tuner info: A1: Sİ2166B, A2: Sİ2166B.
Like other friend. My friend also (on team weaver) he tried to help me, he didn't change anything. We change many firmwares. Nothing changed.
Still this receiver under the guarantee. Tomorrow morning I will send to repair. I'm thinking plug out the tuner again plug on. But on receiver available to see tuner versions. If tuner damaged why I can see both? I thing this problem depent to firmware, not hardware. Tomorrow I will go to Turkish main service in istanbul. What they will say we will see.

I solved the problem. Problem is the Tuner. Service changed the tuner. We catch the satellite signal.
Also everybody must take care for diseqc 1/4 or etc... After raining this diseqc catched the water and result shortchange. I gave new order a strong & quality diseqc. F.Y.I
