i read about that is a feed a checked on it and had signal i found the sport channel bit i cannot understand if it is posible to see it

its not a feed .
That Transponder and Channel has been active for a year or more now , And Encryption most definite is NOT BISS .
try doing a little reading... correct chat topic is found here there is many pages there to educate you about this Channel and Tandberg Encryption to help you understand better
