Problems Signal reception on Transpoders Astra 19.2E

I own a Qviart Undro 4K (clone of Gotit GT2017), also affected by the distortion.
On other forums, we first supposed that boxes with Amlogic chip were the affected. But Cristor Atlas 100 & 200, or Edision Primo and Octagon SX88 do NOT have an Amlogic chip.

Other weird things we found out:
First, look at the graph of Astra 19.2ºE (I will always be talking about Astra 19.2ºE), 11818V transponder. This transponder failed from Feb-4th till Feb-8th. That day, everything went OK again, doing nothing.
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=10817&liste=1&live=61&lang=en
You can easily see the issue on the graph

Now, the other transponders that started failing some days ago (and they didn't fix by themselves. Still failing): 10936V and 11259V
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=10935&liste=1&live=61&lang=en
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=11258&liste=1&live=61&lang=en

And now... transponder 10906V that started failing today. Now we know what we will see on that graph, tomorrow when this page updates it.
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=10906&liste=1&live=61&lang=en

It seems that for these affected boxes... the total sum of the bitrates of the video PIDs must be constant. Once they are not constant (and therefore, the "PID null" is also not constant) thse boxes can't handle it, they become crazy, and pixellation occurs.

Another weird thing:
On TP 11377V there is only ONE channel affected (not all of them in the transponder, as in those TPs quoted): "Telesur HD". It has the same distortion.
This channel is Free-to-Air... and has nothing to do with the Movistar+ platform ("owner" of the previous transponders quoted). This channel and TP is "owned" by a platform called GlobeCast.

@barney115, DECT phones use band between 1880 and 1900MHz. That does NOT affect the transponders 10818, 10906, 10936 and 11259, because those transponders, "translated" to Intermediate Frequency (IF) are 1068, 1156, 1186 and 1509MHz, respectively. These are "too far" from DECT freq.

DECT phones can affect... to transponders 11637 (16E) or 11627 (19.2E). Let's say... transponders between 11620 and 11660 (that talking about Intermediate Freq -the one that travels along the coax-, are 1870-1910MHz)

So... DECT phones are NOT the source of the problems told by the OP of this thread, who is talking about (19.2E) 10818V (failed for 4 days. Working OK now), 10906V (started failing today), 10936V and 11259V transponders. (All channels within these TPs, on certain receivers)
Oh, and another weird case: only ONE channel on 11377V transponder: "Telesur HD". The other channels on this TP are OK. But this one has the same problem... and this one is FTA, and "owned" by a platform (Globecast) that has nothing to do with the other TPs affected (all "owned" by Movistar+)

Transponder 10906V (Astra 19.2E) that started to fail yesterday... today is OK.

So right now, the problem of this thread, affects to these channels:
- "Telesur HD" in transponder 11377V (FTA , and this is a channel/transponder that has nothing to do with Movistar+. It is "owned" by GlobeCast)
- All channels in transponder 10936V (NICKELODEONHD, MEZZO LIVE HD, CALLE 13 HD, EUROSPORT1HD, M. DEPORTESHD, NAT GEO HD, TOROS HD) since Jan-28th
- All channels in transponder 11259V (M.LCAMPEONES, FOX LIFE HD, M.Seriesmania HD, M. GOLF HD, COSMO HD, COMEDYCENTRALHD) since Feb-5th
And transponders 10818V (affected from Feb-4th to 8th) and 10906V (affected from Feb-11th to 12th) are OK now.

Little list of receivers affected:
- Edision Primo
- Octagon SX88
- GTmedia GTC and GTS pro
- Amiko A5 combo
- Mecool/Acemax KIpro, KIIpro, KIIIpro, K7...
- Qviart Undro 4K
- Cristor Atlas 100 y 200
- Zgemma H9
- Wetek play
- Ferguson Ariva 4K
- Illusion SA600
- Echolink open Vu 9
- Koqit K1mini
- MagicSEE C400 Plus

The "key": The total sum of all video PIDs in the same transponder must be constant. In the moment that this sum is NOT constant... these receivers become crazy, and can't handle it.

This can be seen in this graph, on 10818V, from Feb-4th to 8th
Code:
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=10817&liste=1&live=61&lang=en
And tomorrow, when that graph is updated, we will see how that anomaly disappears, on TP 10906V (failed yesterday, fixed today)
Code:
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=10906&liste=1&live=61&lang=en

Now, transponders that are still failing:
10936V, since Jan-28th
Code:
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=10935&liste=1&live=61&lang=en
10259V, since Feb-5th
Code:
http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=11258&liste=1&live=61&lang=en

So... why is that total sum of video PIDs becoming not constant, on some transponders? Why does this affect some receivers, and not others? Why are some transponders going back to OK... and others remain bad?

@oiluj

Starsat T13 HD Extreme (fw 271) = Fail
Viark Droi 4K (fw 1.23) = Pass

Regards
Thank you!!!
You tested on Astra 19.2E, right?

Didn't know about the StarSat T13 Extreme. INTERESTING... because I think it does NOT have an Amlogic chip, and it is not Android, right?

All Viarks are NOT affected (Sat, Combo, Droi, DRS)

Today problems disappeared. 10936V and 11259V, that remained bad, today are OK.
("Telesur HD" on 11377V is still bad. But I don't care at all)
