With a TBS6903 or higher PCI card. You also need to know the code and type the PLS uses. PLS = Physical Layer Scrambling, but is nothing to do with encryption. Its just a method to help reduce noise on DVB-S2 and allows for multi streams. All DVB-S2 transmissions use it, but its normally set to code 0, and the older boxes/cards are fixed to 0.
