PLugins not found problem

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.
I have a DM7020 HD Version 2 running Open ATV6.1.
Imm trying to download some plugins such as dreamplex but can not seem to be having any luck.
I have tried downloading IPK files and installing them both via DCC and USB.
When i go to plugins and try to download plugins i receive a message saying No New Plugins Available.

Anyone had any experience with the above or have a solution i could try.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
