great receiver but I understand that only the support of PLI is not enough hopefully more teams will give their support

therefore it is better vu+ and also is very expensive 500€ :confused:

I will wait a while to see if you have a good support but I also want to buy

this is what I think :)

the hardware is great (even a bit better then VU+ Duo) but I would wait a little longer if I were you to see how the community accepts this receiver. Without enough support on the software side all that nice piece of hardware can be useless for most of the people.

I haven't seen any official development site from the makers. So far only openpli image available, what if they decide to stop...

The box it self is very nice, fast and does what it says on the papper, the problem maybe as other says here , will it have inaf support ?

We remember the Vu+ box, had no support for some time, then some teams started to make images then we see where this box has ended up now, but the CT ET 9000 looks very good on the paper, and by the look of it you can run any DM or Vu+ addon and emu, as long as you know what you do, so i do not see a problem there on support part

Normally E2 would recognise the USB DVB-T tuner and you could run it like that...

Tuners are 1080p?

Blindscan [if so HW or SW]?

PnP or on-board?

4:2:2 supported?

Multimedia [streaming to and from the device] fully functional or...?

CS fully working [card readers/server/client sides]? Which Emu's?

Thanx!

I am tested this box now for a week:

Streaming -> ok
Cccam -> ok
Picture on flatscreen better than my old CT5000 HD+
Till now i am very pleased with this box

Others test reports:

1:
OK guys, I would say the new driver fixes the issue. My test recoring is now already at approx 7GB, which is way more than I ever had before. I will let it run for some additional time, and then I will do some more tests (parallel recordings, switching channels while recording), but I think it's fixed.

On one hand, I find it totally unacceptable that the box was launched with such a major and obvious bug. On the other hand I am quite delighted that CT provided a fix so fast, having in mind that it's only 1 day ago that I reported this issue for the very first time. This is impressive and makes me believe that future bugs that need to be fixed in the drivers will be quickly adressed as well.

2:
Wow OD! This sounds good. I will switch this evening to 2.0 as well with the new driver. CT is very quick compared with other stb producer. They submitted the informations about the remotecontrol to the Logitech Harmony database very fast. 3 days after my request the database entry was done from Logitech.
