help me pls service could not be found

i have dreambox 500 with 4 sats astra,hotbird,nilesat and badr

on hotbird all channels work fine but some channels on astra,badr and nilesat some of them work with good signal and some dont work it tells me service could not be found

on astra digital+(spain)works fine but on sky germany,c+digital nl,upc it tells me service could not be found and some of the fta channels work and some of them wont

THE QUALITY OF ASTRA IS SNR:93% AND AGC 93% AND BER IS 0
HOTBIRD SNR:82% AND AGC: 88% AND BER IS 0
NILESAT SNR:81% AND AGC 85% AND BER IS 0,42,3,7,12
BADR SNR:86% AND AGC 87% AND BER IS 0

about 1 month ago i changed the diseq switch a good one quality

PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF

SERVICE COULD NOT BE FOUND

hello my friend

when i had that same problem was a bad image pls change to a sifteam image for me worked well

i used this version

SifTeam-1.9.4C-MV Rihanna Blue CCcam 2.1.4 Turkish Original Mod by toddler 06.06.2010.img

Are you sure it is scanning the frequencies you need? try a new satellite.xml then rescan.

In these situation if that does not work it is nearly always the switch at fault. I take it you had no problems with the previous switch? If not and the switch is still usable then try it again.

As rohandalli mentioned its also worth trying another image,
