can you explain more? how it's happened, loosing signal?
and can you remember what file was installed in the receiver before?
so for the signal problem may you can look into the section (metabox tool&Editors)
or just click HERE
and after a little search on the web (as i don't have any idea about your receiver...) i read he can support both dreamsoft&metadream's, but am not sure about that, so as i said above, you should remember what file was installed before in it !
in fact, i don't know if it's a clone of metabox receivers...
