Fransat card, BFM Business and BFM Lyon

These 2 channels are included with a Fransat card and work in the official CAM but not in the current Oscam.

From the logs it looks like they are "Altice Studio",
".... rejected group (1 ms) - ALTICE STUDIO (no matching reader)"

Any ideas to make them work?
