Tools for editing rp are not public. Only few people have them and for some reason these tools are not for personal usage. What will happend if everyone have this tools and make his own rp? Lots of "suspicious" rp's of many more-less trusted developers. In this case, rp's are good and making by trusted members wich means - everything work OK.
