TM 5402 HD M3 USB problem

Hi guys,

I need help regarding TM 5402hd m3.
When i connect my usb with reciver everything is ok.
Problem is when I press ok on selected patch, it is just saying Firmware update and reading.... standing on 0%. Just freeze like that. I have also tried to view some pictures and also froze.
I made a speed test writing and reading on receiver and it said that it is ok.
Really dont get it what is the problem?

Please help

I didnt patched it yet..brand new device..
thought that someone had same experience..maybe is that i am using bigger external disk..

I tried latest from few days ago and PhantompatchTM5402M3_119p_03-07-2014 but nothing helped.
Tried also with the official patch,same.

Can it be that problem is that external disk is NTFS?
