please see constant control word(Viaccess)/irdeto section's for free-x delight (previously called inxtc) & x-dream but no keys at this moment.
see the seca key section for Cyfra+ Polska (but only a few channels open and not on all EMUs)
and for Dorcel see the Viaccess section its part of the ABSat package & needs the AES Keys

See the Nagravision keys thread for Cyfrowy Polsat (it also has a link for different input (formats) of Nagravision into different receivers & CAMs).
The TPS file you need should hopefully be one of the TPS formats in the Viacess thread, if not check the receivers sections & if you cant find it start a thread in the receivers section, someone will help.
