I just tried to update my v5 in a Fransat box (CGV E-SAT HD-W3) but back in the Vu+ under Oscam it's still 701.

Is there any special configuration needed in the Fransat box?

Is there any indication that the card has updated?

Does the Fransat box clear the channel?

How long should I leave the card in the Fransat box?

Hi, I leave my card in TMC 30 minutes, TMC from astra not 5W!!!!
you need scan channels in astra 19,2E
Fransat box not clear channel...
back to oscam and now working...maybe you need whating more in TMC...try again....

I'd already tried several hours on a random France 3 regional channel. But nothing.

Then I saw your reply and tried again on TMC, et voila:

Can you help me somebody? I have a TNT Sat card V6 in smartreader which stopped once a day, restart the readers and again is good...What is the problem, somebody have a good config?Thanks

I let my v5 card in scam 3.59 (1night) and 3.60Csat (1h) , 3.59 SFR then Oscam on TF1 12207 mhz, no picture, no update..

i want to try with gbox..

it's only possible with decodeur officiel tntsat or viacces ready with the last update (CSA 5.00 )after avril 2017

put your card in tmc N10 channel and restard your box

Wait on tmc channel around 45 minutes and after that try with oscam.

Hi,

i can´t confirm this.
I try my V5 card for 60 minutes with gbox 8.11 on TMC channel.
40 EMM´s are written, but the card doesn´t work.

My card has only become an update with acs orca 5.0
No scam or gbox works

At least gbox actually writes emm's to the card and it seems to take much longer than just one hour. I've put logging on in order to see what actually happens. At first the card rejects all emm's on MK03 (return code 90 40) until an emm arrives on MK01 and that can take 15 minutes. After that the emm's on MK03 are accepted with return code 98 00 and after about an hour this changes to return code 99 00. I've been logging for two hours now and the card is still receiving new emm's. It might just take (a lot) longer for cards that have never been updated before.

Maybe it is better to just turn this on and go to bed.

I left my card in dreambox with gboxnet overnight and it didn't update. I've still got:
