ECHOLINK channels editing software

Hi there, is there any Echolink Channels Editor available for ZEN series or DYNAMO? I have two receivers DYNAMO and ZEN 3, and their channels list are in .bin and .sdx respectively.
I'll be very gratefull, for any kind of help, to find a software channel editor on PC, so i can make my own list.
