OpenViX Signal Finder Services Module?

Is the module that is in OpenViX 6.2 Signal Finder available for other images to install?
This would be where you are in Signal Finder, click on the yellow button for Service List. And it displays information of what is on the selected transponder.
I hope this is in the correct place. If not please move it.
