TS file,please!

Anybody can analyse this TS file?
This is a record from TV5MONDE Asie @ 66E 3969 V 12332

I'd like to ask if there's actually any video/audio or ECM and EMM there, because when I try to record it with DVBDream and DVBViewer, they're blank but succeed with TSAnalyser

If there's EMM and ECM recorded (PowerVu Emu fail to show them), what is the key they currently use?

Hello. Please forgive me if this is not the correct forum to ask these questions.

Does anyone have the PowerVu keys for CBS NFL game feeds on 89W or 97W?

Or the PowerVu keys NFL Sunday Ticket feeds on 89W?

I'm also interested if there is a forum for the BISS keys for ESPN MNF football and NCAA (college) football feeds.

Why do some signals have EMM and others don't? How does POC1.6 use this tool? Does POC <name> <service ID> <output files>, in which service ID is PVID?

Can somebody point me into the right direction.
If i have a ts file that is encrypted how do i check which cw will open it? Is there a video player where you add a key into it to see if it opens the recorded video?
