starsat 1200?

is this softcam suitable for starsat 1200 cloned to dreamsky 3000 and if so how to download it. please help

my problem is i have upgraded my SRX-1200D starsat receiver to dreamsky and updated the softcam with new softcam suitable for starsat 1200 but non of the encrypted channels open, the software downloaded to receiver is the latest from dreamsky web site. the thing that i noticed is i receiver -E5- during download.

i will really appreciate if someone can help in resolving this issue
