Mvision 270cn problem

Hi everybody,i have an mvision 270cn.I found some channels,instead of writing the name of the channel in the menu,it is written xxxxx in red,trying to delete them,the box freezed,i turned it off from behind,opened it again but it;s written 0000 after F200.It's frozen,doesn't work,i tried to put a usb stick in front(in the back there is a hard disk)with channel list but it doen't work.The sattelite with those chanels is 5E.Any ideas?

if you read the forum in mvision 270cn you will find your answer plus the server is down

First of all tell us what number of firmware do you have and the operation that you make to delete that channel. If the operation that you do it's a good one and nothing happen then you must do a "factory reset" and put your favorite liste in the STB with USB stick or scan again the satellites and begen a new favorite liste.

How do I move the channel list the stick before I upgrade.
Write step by step what to do,
And then how will restore it from the stick in 270cn
