Oh Dear

Howdies everybody hope your doing well, I am tiring to read my card and when I insert it my card the infinity software, reads a message stating the c.p.u is used by a lot of cards pressing continue will erase the card, I don’t know about anyone else but I certainly don’t want to erase the info in my card. Can anyone tell me please if there is another way I can access my card
