1018 blocked com port,usb

i did a recovery atevio image with aaf recovery tool,but now can't stop the uboot and if i want to install with usb it says can't find any data.
can't stop with hyperterminal also.
if somebody can help.thanks

did a reselller id to 1018 and save it in recovery tool,so now how can i change it with ftp or telnet,i think that's the cause.
