my question/problem is, that I can not entry in some categories for an example, card files etc.. i have no acces.. why???

ok, if I will try for an example in the Thread for Dragon Card , I receive the message that If I follow an normal side I must be contact the Admins why I can not see this Page.
I hope I can tell the problem ?!!
You can access every forum. You just can't start a thread in every forum. For example if forum is intended for files and you don't have upload permissions you can't start thread there.
