CAS3 plus not recognising any CAM

I'm using CAS3+ programmer with Win XP SP3.
The PC is happy with the programmer but I have tried a Diablo, a Dragon and a Magic CAM and the CAS3+ does not recognise any of them.
Can anyone help, please?

have you tried a older version of cas studio??
i had same problem till tried a older version then all worked ok for me :D

Try to remove CasStudio from your computer, and see that C/programfiles/duolabs also are removed.
Then reinstall CasStudio.

Thanks for your replies. I have tried about 4 previous releases of CasStudio and have tried deleting the folders/files in Programs folder. Still not working. Thinking I might have to send it back.

Do the CasStudio recognize your Cas3+ at all? If not change your USB-cable.

Did you use Win7 32 bit or 64 bit?
Cas 3 Works with 32 bit Version without Problems.
For Win7 64 bit Version try this:
Please use the Following to overcome your Windows7 64bit Problem.
1. Install the Programm that you need to put on your PC.
Ignor the Fail Errors go to the end of install.
2. Go now to the Start and Install tab
Enter > HDWWIZ.EXE now follow the instructions.
THIS INFO is ONLY for Problems with Window7 64bit.

try uninstalling any previous version you have first for Cas studio, then reinstall it m8, it does work Ok on Windows 7, i have it installed on Windows 7 Pro..

cas3 plus working

hi i have a cas3 plus and it works fine on windows 7 dimond it must be your windows or you have not put in the drivers for it try again good luck with it:thum::thum:

Hi; If you use a USB cable try replacing it with one that does not exceed the length of 1.5 meters

look inside the cam socket for bent over pins.

I have problem updating Matrix rev cam to ver.2.25 with CAS3+.
The cam doesn't initialize.
I have tried already a lot of diffrent software.
Please help if anyone knows what steps to go in CAS Studio to programm successfull to Matrix CAM.
