because it is compressed with upx and you need to install the upx package.
anyway try the second file here or the third

that static lib bin I did not compres that time.
Is strange that arm images do not recognise the upx compresed by itself. Maybe it is because these box have big memory and is not necessery a compresed bin. Mipsel boxes all recognise upx.
about your problem with biss and softcam, is not a oscam problem because the files were tested.
change your config file with some other working one
for example that

In my Box I deleted the "config" directory and transferred what you sent me. I changed the OsCam.server.
Success. The channels are all working, including the BISS channels.
I see that you sent me the "srvid + srvid2" files that were deleted, as instructed. The block may have been due to the absence of these two files, now reinstaled.

The delete of srvid were a temporary solution last week, until savan (one of oscam developers) fix it.
Keep that configuration and that oscam, it seem the most stable version of these latest ones.
Do not change the binary until something important is released, only if you are sure what you do.
The latest fixes were not for the users but for the builders.

No problem with my VU+ UNO 4K SE. Both files work fine.
You try, oscam.srvid ve oscam.srvid2 delete both files, upload a new oscam.srvid when the stream is open.

Deleting the two files you said did not solve the problem.
arm_dream-emu and arm_dream-emu-static one
did not work in both oscams
the previous 11642 was ok.
Normaly is constant.cw in /etc/tuxbox/config and the
SoftCam.Key in usr/keys.
Dont't forget a reader section for softcam in your oscam.server.
for example:

both 11643 files are workuing on my VU Ultimo 4k.
On the pre-versions i must first stop the cam, delete both srvid's, restart the receiver and activated the cam.
