No EMM keys being logged

I hope this is in the right section.

I was purging 'added by Emu' and tidying my Softcam.key file and noticed I lost a few channels. I made a backup of the file.

I tried logging EMM's with The Last Drakkar for that channel for the past 12 hours and a still at 0.

This is what's in the Telnet console when logging EMM's:

I was able to log around 50,000 ECM's and running them through PVHE. That's been running for many hours now with a GeForce 2060.

The channel is working and getting CW's steady.

What tutorial is out there or perhaps a few tips to do what is necessary to get a good ECM and EMM key in this situation?

Not sure of the correct wording but is it possible this is a static channel and no EMM's are being sent out currently?
Again. I am able to get ECM logs. They come in very slow though.
Over 2 hours to get around 50,000.
