How do i install Oscam from a tar file

Hi guys hope somebody can help i have a working Qbox miniHD and i've downloaded the latest Oscam file from here and wanted to install it but i don't know how. Is there a TUT i've missed as the image doesn't appear to have an option to do a manual install. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.:thum:
