It is very easy to upload files with upload from url option if you have direct link to a file like the one you posted. You just copy that link into upload from url box. It uploads a file like this to a post in less then a minute. It uploads directly from that site, so you don't have to download a file to your pc then upload it here.
And link is edited since it is not necessary any more and original url is of another forum anyway.
