I own a Qviart Undro 4K (clone of Gotit GT2017), also affected by the distortion.
On other forums, we first supposed that boxes with Amlogic chip were the affected. But Cristor Atlas 100 & 200, or Edision Primo and Octagon SX88 do NOT have an Amlogic chip.
Other weird things we found out:
First, look at the graph of Astra 19.2ºE (I will always be talking about Astra 19.2ºE), 11818V transponder. This transponder failed from Feb-4th till Feb-8th. That day, everything went OK again, doing nothing.

You can easily see the issue on the graph
Now, the other transponders that started failing some days ago (and they didn't fix by themselves. Still failing): 10936V and 11259V

http://digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?mux=11258&liste=1&live=61&lang=en
And now... transponder 10906V that started failing today. Now we know what we will see on that graph, tomorrow when this page updates it.

It seems that for these affected boxes... the total sum of the bitrates of the video PIDs must be constant. Once they are not constant (and therefore, the "PID null" is also not constant) thse boxes can't handle it, they become crazy, and pixellation occurs.
Another weird thing:
On TP 11377V there is only ONE channel affected (not all of them in the transponder, as in those TPs quoted): "Telesur HD". It has the same distortion.
This channel is Free-to-Air... and has nothing to do with the Movistar+ platform ("owner" of the previous transponders quoted). This channel and TP is "owned" by a platform called GlobeCast.
