I used Telnet, typed in CCcam_2104 -dv and got loads of Red lines.Where can I find a working config file or how do I reconfigure it. When I used Smartcard setup info in Blue panel, I kept getting no/tmp/ecm

use an ftp prog like DCC, and ftp to var/etc you will find it in there under connections, something like this.

C: blabbla.dyndns 12000 bla bla

I have used DCC296 to connect to the box. However, I could only see the PC folders on the right hand side, but nothing in the TM9100 folder on the left hand side. Under Commander, I got /etc which then changed to /mmt, and at the bottom it says: FTP component not ready

DCC wont connect to a TM9100 image if the password is blank the UR image spring to mind.

If thats the case for you give the UR image a Pass by telnet or with TCC.

I have given it a password with TCC, and I could telnet the box OK. I need to access the cam config so that I can follow the tutorial, card type, expire date, etc. However, I get nothing at all under TM folder

On the configuration tab of DCC what messages do you get when you try to connect?

You can use other FTP programs too for file editing. Cute FTP file zilla it does not need to be DCC.

On the Configuration tab, under Protocol, I got: FTP connectec and Telnet Connected.
I then click on FTP tab,at the bottom I got:< 200 port Command successfully. Consider using PASV
<List -al
FTP component not ready
I'll try to download the other programs and give them a go
Thanks

ok you need to add your boxkey

you need the serial number from the bottom of the original receiver its 17 digits long 16 on some boxes its on the bs*kb sticker.

right it down then go here
h**p://boxkey.exyucs.com/

put the serial number where its says so and click on generate.

you will get example BOXKEY: /dev/sci0 11 22 33 44

copy that and paste it in your cccam.cfg file insert the card chip down and restart your cam, if the receiver as 2 slots use the bottom one. :thum:

Hi guys
I have spent the last few days messing about with CCcam and NewCS trying to get my TM9100 to update my FTV card. When I used CCcam and NewCS web interface, I could read the card entitlements, but when I use CCcam_2103 -dv in DOS console, I kept getting "Card detect fail". If card was not detected, how come I got the entitlements in the first place.Another thing, EMM always reads (0). Please shed some light on this. Thanks!
