Bdc problem with dragonloader

Hi guys,

I have a problem with dragonloader v1.0 and 1.1 I can not write the card error: setting authcode failed!!!


i have working blue dragon but now disconnect from 2 weeks
i try to recharge it but apper this error

Mastera IV with blue dragon card
WindowsXp

Is it maybe port problem???


any suggestion

put dragonloader and file in drive c: and try again.

And remove the " (the quotes in the file/directory name)

Are you using the right file for the right Dragon card?

I have a null modem cable with mastera IV it has always worked, I have everything what is tried here above mentioned but zerro zerro.


It doesnot can be the institutions of com gateway (speed)maybe.

What is cas3 ???

Ive got a really annoying problem.
Ive got two BDC and both are showing NO ATR.
Im using Loader v1.1 and Infinity Phoenix.
Ive tried different com ports, running loader from C: drive, everything.
But I still just get NO ATR.
Does anybody have a fix please?

Thanks for that.
Unfortunately that still doesn't make a difference.
Sometimes now I just get "Testing Card" but then nothing else happens at all.
Then other times I sitll just get NO ATR.
Really frustrating.

Im beginning to think my cards are both now completley dead.
Nothing at all seems to work.

Hi Danny,

Have you tried it on an older version of Windows ?
Specially a 16-32bit version (Windows 98, 2000 or XP 32bit)

I use an older "Infinity usb phoenix" on XP
and it works great with together: USB & serial cable connected.

The problem is solved with an old fashion pc with hardware serial port (RS 232) not with usb to serial adapter. The old pc must not be too old as an usb port is essential as well as windows xp is preferred over an older version of windows.

Then you just erase the card and you have it ready for reprogramming!

Thanks for the info below. I have been trying this for many times but it doesn't seem to work for me.

This is what I was doing:

I connect the serial directly to a serial port on a computer with windows xp and to cas 3.

I connect the usb to the computer for power.

I open cas studio 9.2, go to utilities and set as phoenix.
I then open the dragon loader and try to connect.

Still I get no card detected. No Atr.

What can I do?
