FORUM CHAT BOX IS Really only FOR General Chat always was and always shall be ,
you can click on someones Username and select 'private message' if you wish to send Keys or chat in private without fear of breaking any rules whatsoever .
it is advisable to do this that way you can share keys and feed requests exchanged in private instantly Live with no delay this feature was added by Sat-Universe Forum Administrator RocknRoll some time ago to avoid having keys and other things discussed in public view since we do get a lot of Satellite Broadcasters trolling our forums daily it is not advisable to put in public view sensitive information such as keys and hacking feeds etc...
You should try this in future when you wish to request something and you can see a friendly active member in the Chatbox simply click on their username and select 'Private Message ' this brings you to a private discussion with that member and only you and that member can see what is written so you can say anything without having your messages being edited or deleted etc..
