ML9700 as CCCam Server

Hi

Can the He@d MediaLink ML9700 run as a CCCam Server and read sly uk card?

I've seen the tutorials and just wanted to know if it could run as a server and whether it is stable enough?

Also how stable is it running as a client too with CCCam?

Thanks Star 2001 seems the cheapest option for a twin tuner for client use.
