QBOXHD(-MINI) OSCam r4060 and r4060dh

- updated PCSC to rel. 1.6.5 and CCID driver to rel. 1.4.0
now are compiled against libusb-1.0
** NOT TESTED ** feedback are welcome
- added a separate package "4060dh" with Italy DAHLIA patch (many thanks to FTP21 for new patch released today)
see oscam.log if it doesn't work (take care of rsakey and boxkey options !)
- corrected some bugs in update.sh script (used in qboxhd_update package)

- added in WebIf template "RESTART" capability
- simplified WebIf templates

Oscam Simple Panel

OSCam Simple Panel rel. 0.05

I've made a little Enigma2 plugin

- manual start/stop OSCam
- you can set autostart during E2 startup. No more need about /etc/rc.d/oscam.sh or SoftCam Panel
- view logs in real-time updated every 3 seconds (oscam.log, ecm.info, oscam.version)

The plugin skin is huge (about 900x550 pixel) so it can work only with HDMI TV and resolution set to 720p/i or greater

- WARNING : configuration option "tiger_rsakey" and "n3_rsakey" don't exist anymore !

Now there is only "rsakey". Modify your oscam.server accordingly or your card cannot be updated.

- I've made OSCam Simple Panel : an Enigma2 plugin that made easy start/stop and view logs.
It's not included here.

- Official Dahlia support looks to work fine. Since r4351 added code for activating new card
Dahlia code looks to work for Nitegate provider also.

Latest Oscam for QboxHd

- start_oscam configuration (WEBIF,PCSC,DEBUG) now are in the new text file "start_oscam.config"
- included OSCam Simple Panel (OSP) 0.08 , now you can configure many OSCam startup option and OSP layout
- bugfix in start_oscam running without WebIf (tnx vparis13)
- removed "httpjsicon" options from oscam.conf (doesn't exist anymore)

Installation: einfach das installierte Oscam stoppen. die 4 Binaries in /var/oscam kopieren, Oscam starten fertig.
