Media portal problem.

I have a duo4k with OBH image, when I install MP it works for the first time then when I exit the app it disappears, if I try to reinstall it error messages come up and no reinstall possible. what could be going on?.

files

ftp into box,user/lib/ensimga2/plugin/extension.left over files might still be there,delete and reinstall.try that.

nothing to delete I had already tried that. have reinstalled the image and MP did reinstall but then it disappears as I previously said.

i am using a earlier version from 5.15 and it works for me.the latest didn't.just my too cent.

I installed a 2019 version and it seems to be working now, can I ask how to add new channels to the list :)
